1. Eligibility and Compliance
• Our services are exclusively available to businesses registered and operating in Bangladesh.
• All businesses must comply with the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh.

2. Prohibited Businesses
• Businesses involved in the sale, distribution, or promotion of tobacco, alcohol, betting or any form of drugs are strictly prohibited from subscribing to our services.
• We reserve the right to refuse or terminate subscriptions that violate this policy without prior notice.

3. Subscription Suspension and Termination
• Subscriptions will be immediately suspended or terminated if a formal complaint is received from the Directorate of National Consumer Rights Protection (DNCRP).
• Subscriptions will be immediately suspended or terminated if Ediann found any suspicious activities or violations against the laws of Bangladesh via the suspected site, and such kind of suspensions will examine thoroughly to conclude such suspensions into permanent termination or revoke of suspension.
• In such cases, no refunds will be issued for the remaining subscription period.

4. Service Usage
• Our services are to be used solely for lawful e-commerce activities.
• Any misuse or engagement in fraudulent activities will result in the termination of the account.

5. Payment and Renewal
• Subscription fees must be paid in full at the beginning of each billing cycle.
• Failure to renew the subscription within the stipulated period will suspend service.

6. Liability and Disclaimer
• We are not liable for any business losses, damages, or legal disputes arising from the use of our services.
• Businesses are responsible for ensuring that their products and services comply with local laws and regulations.

7. Modifications to Terms
• We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes, and continued service use implies acceptance of the revised terms.
