Return and Refund Policy When Will I Receive My Refund? • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Refund Eligibility: • Full refunds will be issued only for the “disapproval of subscription” by Ediann due to any logical and legal non-compliances.
Exceptions to Refunds: • Refunds are not provided when Customers website get suspended due to violation of privacy policy. • Refunds are not provided when a Customer Cancelled his/her subscription.
Exchange Policy We offer exchanges for items of the same value or higher. The process is simple: 1. Initiate an Exchange: Contact us at info@agiledot.us. 2. Upgrading package: Customer can upgrade package from lower to higher package. Successful package upgrades need additional cost paid by the Customer. 3. Upgrading plan: Customer can upgrade plan from lower to higher plan. Successful plan upgrades need additional cost paid by the Customer. 4. Receive Your Replacement: Once we receive the payment, package or plan update will be initiated.
